Our Founder

My name is Todd Stewart. When I graduated from CU Boulder with a Business and Entrepreneurship degree, I co-founded a retail store called Planetary Solutions, selling healthy planet-friendly home products like low VOC paint, recycled carpet, and compact florescent light bulbs.

The internet was in its infancy, and we tried to get the domain to match our name but it had too many letters. Yes, that was a thing in the early days of domain names. So we settled for PlanetEarth.com.

The store is now gone, but I kept the domain through hundreds of offers to buy it because I held on to the conviction that it could be used as a powerful positive force for humanity, and our home planet.

 With the emergence of artificial intelligence, global connectivity, regenerative economics, and a hunger for solutions over despair, it’s time for the vision to go mainstream.

 My life has been dedicated to starting businesses that harmonize capital and natural resources. I’ve been inspired by many people, and have always wanted to spread the impact of their stories as wide as possible.
